Our conditioning classes are designed to provide you with a challenging workout that will develop your strength, stamina and your body’s energy systems required in circus performing, gymnastics, dance and cheerleading. Participants will do resistance training, cardiovascular training and plyometrics, all with the goals to increase general fitness, muscular hypertrophy (size), strength, power, speed, agility, and overall performance. Taking the time to focus on a conditioning program greatly enhances your ability to execute skills in all disciplines. This class is open to all ages and fitness levels. Instructors will program conditioning exercises according to class participants’ ability and their improvements over time.
Fitness assessments by a qualified staff member can be done for those who want to closely monitor their progression.
Classes are based on level and maturity, all ages welcome.
