This class will have a focus on arms and core and is great for beginners to advanced students. Beginners will work strength skills lower to the ground and advanced students will work at heights that they feel comfortable.
Strength building exercises have a foundation from:
various core strength exercises
double knee hangs
single knee hangs
muscle endurance to stay in the air longer
This class is great for anyone who is looking for strength and conditioning outside of the traditional methods and is highly recommend for all aerial circus students.
Classes are based on level and maturity, all ages welcome.
