Are you age 18+ and looking for new ways to get motivated to get back into shape? Our conditioning classes are designed to provide you with a fun challenging workout all based on your own level. The class will be a mix from beginner to advanced and our coaches will show you modifications so that you feel pushed but comfortable in every exercise.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! This is not your traditional gym workout, in this conditioning class we will have fun showing you ways using your own body weight that will develop your strength and stamina. Exercises will be based from circus, gymnastics, dance and aerial yoga but you work at your own speed and ability.
