This class will consist of strengthening exercises specifically for aerial apparatus (silks, hoop, trapeze, rope, etc.). Participants will work on improving their grip strength, upper body strength and core strength by doing climbs, inversions, pull ups, hangs and more. This class is highly recommended for anyone interested in aerial circus as it will provide you with the foundational strength needed before performing skills on the apparatus.
